Can’t say enough great things about Damon Comerio and Comerio Corporation. I had been helping a disabled client look for something one-level that could accommodate her needs for quite some time when we met Damon. Damon took his ranch “Verona” plan and graciously tweaked it to include ADA widened doorways, a kitchen sink and workstation that a wheelchair can roll up under, among other things. We wanted to remodel our sunroom into a four season room and replace our deck. We secured two bids for our project and it was an easy decision to choose Comerio Homes. Our project was to increase the size of our sunroom by 50% including gutting the old one, installing 10 floor to ceiling windows, two sets of French doors, heat pump, finish the interior/exterior, and build a new outside deck. The project started promptly as promised and was handled by professionals the entire way. Damon and his staff were full of great ideas, very responsive to any questions and easy to work with. Damon, I would like to thank you and your crew for a wonderful job on our basement remodel. With a family of five, we were more than ready to expand the usable living area in our home. My wife and I had a general idea on what we wanted out of the basement, but I really appreciated you sitting down with us and assisting with feasible design ideas for the space we had available. With your help, our hopes of adding a family room, storage room, utility room, bedroom, and bathroom came to life.
From the painters to the plumbers, I thought all of your workers did an excellent professional job. I won’t forget how my wife and I decided to change the electrical wiring layout for the light switches at the last moment, after the drywall had already been installed. I know it created extra work for you, but made the changes for us anyway. Thanks for being accessible and keeping in touch with us often throughout the process. In a couple short weeks, you gave us the basement we had always wanted. It was a lot of fun having family and friends over and then watch their awestruck faces when we walked them downstairs. I can honestly say that from family movie nights to my teenage kids having friends over, our basement is now the most used part of our house. Thank you so much!

The Comerio Corporation installed a new patio for us last summer, they listened to what we wanted and helped design a plan.  Comerio provided us and stayed within the agreed work schedule, estimates and written contract.  The job was successful and we were able to enjoy the outdoors last fall and are looking forward to it this spring.
