Comerio Homes utilizes a web portal to allows buyers to log in and track warranty or service requests at any time. This way nothing slips through the cracks and all parties are up to date on the status.
The Pre-Closing Warranty Orientation Walkthrough (WOW) occurs 2-3 weeks prior to closing to ensure complete satisfaction prior to moving into your new home. During this walk-through, you have the opportunity to point out anything that needs touched up or to ask any questions on how features in the home work such as water shut off, fireplace operations or furnace filter replacement etc. We’ll cover expectations and outline homeowner maintenance responsibilities for your new home!
