The Varese Expanded, Siena Story ½, and Milano floor plans are Comerio Homes Elite Series home designs that suit the luxury lifestyle of the new Coventry Valley.

Varese Expanded Floor Plan

Truly fitting for our “Elite” grouping, this luxury home has a main-floor master’s suite that is designed for pampering. In addition to the spacious bedroom, the large bathroom includes an oversized walk-in shower, tub, dual but separate vanities, and private water closet. The walk-in closet is equally large, and we have finished it with custom wood shelving.

Another benefit of the Varese Expanded floor plan is the additional first-floor suite. Use it for guests, as a multigenerational living space, or a home office.

The kitchen is a cook’s paradise, with an oversized island and the choice of top-tier granite or quartz countertops included. There is also no upcharge for the extra-large walk-in pantry, custom-built stain-grade cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and pendant lights. In the model home, we have added a prep kitchen, a separate room adjacent to the kitchen. This useful workspace includes countertop and storage space, a sink, and space to install a mini-refrigerator.

The three bedrooms on the second floor each have a walk-in closet and private vanities. This is a wonderful home for large families and anyone who wants the comfort of living space.

Siena Story ½ Floor Plan

The Siena Story ½ is a new floor plan. No one has seen this design in a finished home…yet.

Like the Varese Expanded, the Siena Story ½ has both the owner’s suite and a second suite on the first floor. The owner’s suite has the same luxuries that we have built into the Varese Extended—large bedroom, ensuite bath with oversized shower, soaking tub, dual vanities, private water closet, and an expansive walk-in closet. The laundry room is adjacent to the owner’s suite for your convenience.

The open concept in the main living area blends a spectacular kitchen, great room, and a dining area. You will want to spend more time in the exceptional kitchen. Lots of workspace, including a large center island with seating, plus the extra prep kitchen and walk-in give you the space you need for everything from storage through clean-up. The great room is accentuated with a vaulted ceiling and gas fireplace with a custom wood mantel.

The upper level that gives the “half” to the Siena Story ½ floor plan adds more living space than the number implies. In addition to two nicely sized bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet, the upstairs has a full bath, second laundry area, and a loft.

Milano Floor Plan

This 2-story floor plan uses every bit of the 2,754 square feet of interior living space in a smart way. The 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home design spans two stories, with the options to finish the basement and add another suite and a family room.

Unlike the Varese Extended and Siena Story ½, the Milano situates all the bedrooms on the second level. The master’s suite is nestled in the back cover for additional privacy. You will love the size of the bedroom and the bathroom. Having both an oversized shower and soaking tub is a welcome feature, and the walk-in closet is large enough to serve as a dressing room.

Each of the three secondary bedrooms upstairs has its own walk-in closet. One has its own full bath so it can function as a junior suite. The remaining two bedrooms share a full bath, but we have given each their own vanity. The Milano’s laundry room is in the center of the second level, easily accessible for everyone to do their part in this household chore.

The main floor of the Milano floor plan presents the open concept that homeowners love. There are no walls to separate the kitchen, living room, and dining room, making it easier to stay connected, no matter what you are doing. We have incorporated a half bath across from the mudroom, which has built-in cubbies to keep life organized. Finally, a flex room by the front entry that can be utilized as a home office, fitness studio, study, or whatever you want to do with an extra room.
