OUR COLLECTIONS
SIGNATURE SERIES
Our signature series floor plans are made of 1 and 2 story layouts that are under 1,999 sqft. These homes are built with certain features that make them more economical and available to all buyers.
ELITE SERIES
Elite series floor plans are considered more “move up” as the sqft in this series starts at 2,000 and goes all the way to 2,999 making them slightly larger than signature series floor plans. This additional sqft allows for larger spaces and additional bedrooms or flex rooms.
PLATINUM SERIES
The platinum series starts at 3,000 sqft and up. With this floor plan certain features are expected so we have made sure that this series has all the bells and whistles a discerning buyer would want.
TWIN SERIES
Our twin series product line consists of townhome floor plans ranging from single story ranch plans to 2 story plans. These floor plans are typically under 1,999 sqft aligning them with similar features as the signature series plans.
FLOOR PLAN COLLECTIONS FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Does the series change if adding sqft?
No, the series does not change if additional sqft is added to your home such as a basement finish or a prep kitchen. Those are considered options that do increase the overall sqft, however it does not change the series.
How do I know what is included in each series?
Each floor plan has its own Included Features sheet that outlines what is included in that home’s base price.
Can I include features from larger series floor plans in my new home?
Yes, most features can be added. An example would be if you select a signature series floor plan but want a feature that is standard in the elite series. Reach out to our sales team to review your request but it most likely will not be an issue.
