#1:– Pre-Con Meeting
In this video, we will be chatting about your Pre-Construction Meeting with Comerio Homes! (AKA the “Passing of the Torch” meeting). This is the first meeting to ensure every detail of the home is accounted for and understood before construction begins.

#2: – Design Selection Meetings
Follow along in this video as we walk you through what design selection meetings at Comerio Homes are all about! At our state-of-the-art in-house design center and with the help of our Comerio Homes designer, homebuyers will design their dream home through three design meetings. The first meeting is where you will begin making design selections that focus on selections for the exterior of your home, the second meeting focuses on interior selections for your home, while the third involves selecting your lighting fixtures! #3: – Pre-Drywall Walkthrough/Meeting
Once the framing process is nearly complete, it’s time for buyers to walk through their future home. In this video, you will learn what goes down during a Pre-Drywall Walkthrough with Comerio Homes, including:

- REVIEW LOCATIONS OF PLUMBING & HVAC

#4: – Trim Walkthrough

Once the drywall process has been completed, it is time for us to meet our buyers at their new home construction site to conduct our trim walkthrough. #5: – WOW Walkthrough
The WOW stage might be our favorite part of the custom home building process. It’s when months of hard work pay off.
In this video, we cover the WOW (Warranty Orientation Walkthrough), also known as the Blue Tape Walkthrough, where we take our buyers through their home, address any items needing attention, and test all home systems, including water heaters, electrical panels, and fireplaces to ensure all are working seamlessly. The WOW walkthrough is also our opportunity to discuss the homeowner’s manual, our Comerio Homes warranty reporting process, and to provide instructional videos that are available for our homebuyers.
#6:– Pre-Closing Walkthrough Meeting
A major highlight of completing any project is attending the final, pre-closing walk-through with our buyers. It is always such a joy to watch and finalize any remaining punch list items so our buyers will be sure to enjoy it for years to come!
