What is the Realtor Partner Program?
The Realtor Partner Program is a referral and advantage program designed for realtors. By partnering with Comerio Homes, realtors can earn rewards for selling one or multiple Comerio homes, making it a mutually beneficial relationship.
How do I become a part of the Realtor Partner Program?
Realtors can join our Partner Program by signing up on our website or contacting our sales team directly . Once enrolled, you’ll receive detailed information on how to start earning rewards.
What types of rewards can realtors earn through the Partner Program?
Realtors can earn a variety of rewards, including financial bonuses, exclusive event invitations, and other incentives tailored to recognize and appreciate their partnership with Comerio Homes. Realtor Partners can also earn a $1,000 Design Studio Voucher for their Client*, which is paid by Comerio Homes on behalf of the Realtor Partner. (*Design Studio Vouchers are provided for brand new construction contracts only and not standard spec home sales.)
Do you raise prices on the homes when a realtor is included?
No! Our prices remain consistent whether or not a realtor is attached to the home sale.
Can realtors get rewards when their clients build a Comerio Home on client’s own land (Build-On-Your-Land) (BOYL)?
Yes! Realtor Partners still earn the same rewards on our Custom – Build on Your Land homes.
Do I still receive standard commission, as well as bonus rewards, for the sale of a Comerio Homes as a Realtor Partner?
Yes! Bonus payments to Realtor Partners are made in addition to standard commissions in cases where the Realtor Partner also represents the buyer in the same sale.
How long does it take to get a commission when buying a new home?
If buying a move-in ready home from Comerio Homes, the commission is paid when that home closes. If building a new custom home Comerio Homes & your buyer can use a construction to perm. loan and the commission is paid upfront at the beginning of construction, typically within a few weeks after signing a new home sale contract.
When do I receive rewards for the program as a Realtor Partner?
Rewards are paid to eligible Realtor Partners in a rolling 12-month period and are made according to the following:
- Bonus paid at contract signing for new construction contracts (build jobs)
- Bonus paid at contract signing for standard spec home sales (with no contingencies)
- Bonus paid at time of closing for standard spec home sales (with contingencies)
What happens after I sell 4 Comerio homes within a rolling 12-month period?
After the 4th home is sold, you will receive the additional $3,000 reward (given to Realtor Partners upon selling their 4th Comerio Home during any rolling 12-month period) on each additional Comerio Home sold thereafter until the end of the rolling 12-month period.
How do I count my “sales” for the rolling 12-month period.
Each time you are paid (at contract signing for new construction contracts (build jobs); at contract signing for standard spec home sales (no contingencies); at time of closing for standard spec home sales (with contingencies)), this counts as a sale for the rolling 12-month period, and the number you should track as your quantity for the period.
Does Comerio Homes use their own new home sales contract?
Yes, we have our own new homes sales contract that is used when purchasing a new home from Comerio Homes. If you or your buyer would like to review these documents, please reach out and a portal link can be sent to you.
What is the first step to building or buying a home with Comerio Homes?
The first step should be to contact us for a quick phone call to see how we can help. After that we can set up a meeting at our Design Center to dig deeper into your project.
How does my buyer get financing for a new home or a build job?
Comerio Homes has a list of preferred lenders who specialize in financing for new homes, this will ensure you get the best loan available in today’s market. Most lenders and banks do not offer appealing financing for a new home purchase so it’s imperative to talk with lenders who specialize in new homes.
Can we meet with the builder?
Yes, we always want to meet agents and their pre-approved buyers. Please contact us today to set up a meeting.
