We wanted to remodel our sunroom into a four season room and replace our deck. We secured two bids for our project and it was an easy decision to choose Comerio Homes. Our project was to increase the size of our sunroom by 50% including gutting the old one, installing 10 floor to ceiling windows, two sets of French doors, heat pump, finish the interior/exterior, and build a new outside deck. The project started promptly as promised and was handled by professionals the entire way. Damon and his staff were full of great ideas, very responsive to any questions and easy to work with.
