All builders must use a house wrap during construction. However, there are some pretty thin / cheap products out there. At Comerio Homes we take this a step further by making TYPAR our standard house wrap. This superior product is much more expensive than its thinner competition, however we feel it’s worth the cost.
INSULATION:
Comerio Homes goes over the min. standard R-48 building code requirement for attic insulation by installing R-50 in our homes.
