ECO-FRIENDLY ADHESIVES
We use eco-friendly, non-toxic, low-VOC adhesives. Not only are these better for the environment, but they also ensure the longevity and durability of your home by preserving your flooring from the underside and helping to maintain healthy air quality within your home.
CENTRALIZED AIR SYSTEM
Our centralized HVAC systems are set up to maintain your home’s air pressure, equally distribute even temperatures throughout the home, filter out unwanted particles, and serve to save on energy costs and expenses.
SEALED SUMP PUMP
Every Comerio home is equipped with an active sump pump and sealed lid to keep your home dry. This sealed lid works hand-in-hand with the Radon Mitigation System, ensuring radon gas flows naturally out of the home.
HOUSE WRAP
All Comerio homes are installed with superiorly durable, highly performing house wrap which serves to secure your home from environmental elements.
- Enables necessary moisture (such as water vapor) to escape while preventing bulk water from entering
- Enables walls of home to dry thereby preventing and protecting against rot and mold growth, while improving the air quality and energy efficiency of your home
ANTI-MICROBIAL GROUT
We only use grout with antimicrobial protection when installing tile in our homes. The grout contains a special agent to minimize the growth of mold and bacteria, helping keep your home’s surfaces clean and healthy.
