There are three different types of homesites:

• Land (acreage)
• Existing Older Communities

Each homesite has different specifications, expenses, options and stipulations. Some buyers have a specific homesite they have already decided on based on budget, home size, school district, communities, amenities etc. When planning out your home building journey it’s extremely important to think about all the aspects of each type of homesite during your selection process.
