Comerio Homes Sponsors Self Defense Seminar for Realtors

Realtors meet with potential home buyers and sellers every day. Meeting with buyers and sellers is not typically a risky endeavor but it is still important for Realtors to make safety a priority. In an effort to help Realtors feel at ease during home showings and minimize any personal risk Comerio Homes sponsored a Krav Maga. This seminar was designed to help Realtors comfort level during the home showing process and give them the confidence to show homes without any hesitation. Featured in this article on Fox4KC.com, the seminar was attended by Realtors throughout the Kansas City. Local media coverage was important in helping Comerio Homes give back to the Realtor community and help make the real estate business a little safer in Kansas City.

The seminar itself focused on Krav Maga which in Hebrew means “contact combat”. Krav Maga is the official self-defense and fighting system used by the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), Israeli Police and Security Services, and numerous U.S. law enforcement agencies. Since 1964, Krav Maga has been taught to civilians and law enforcement all over the world.
